A Kenyan man, Mugo wa Wairimu pictured above has been charged with 12 offences including raping patients, impersonating a gynecologist and operating a clinic without a licence in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital. Mugo who was arrested in September, is alleged to have been caught on camera assaulting an unconscious woman who had come to him for consultation. A suspicious staff of the hospital had installed a camera inside his office.The camera footage was released to a Kenyan citizen TV who aired the content. Mugo was arrested one week after the video was aired on TV. He was said to be on the run after the video was released and was arrested a week after at a hotel where he was hiding. The Kenyan Medical council has denied he is one of their members.Mugo has maintained that he is innocent. At a court hearing today, he was ordered to be remanded in prison until Monday October 5th when his bail application will be heard. Dailykit Reporting....

The 17-year-old Russian school boy who goes by the Instagram name (@drewsssik) fell off from the roof-top of a nine-story building while trying to take an extreme selfie. The extreme selfie is the latest craze among teenagers.According to media reports, the boy climbed the building in Vologda city with a friend to capture a stunning selfie while dangling off the towering structure. He approached the edge in fading light and lowered himself over it with a rope and a smartphone. Unfortunately, the rope suddenly gave way and he fell. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died few hours later.His last Instagram photo shows him hanging on the wall of a building with just one hand before he fell. A yet to be identified Nigerian student in Malaysia has reportedly been beaten to death for attempting to rape a lady inside an elevator in a service apartment on September 23rd. Malaysia's newspaper, Malaymail online, reports that the Nigerian student was mobbed by resi dents of the service apartment after the victim raised an alarm. The police was called in and the Nigerian student was taken to the police station with injuries on the right side of his head, and had scratch marks on his legs and hand. He later died at the police station. "We received a call from the security manager of the apartment who informed us of the incident. When police arrived at 8.20 pm, the suspect was surrounded by 20 to 30 people and his hands were tied. 14-year-old Rosemary, who was on Monday, September 8, rescued by officials of the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (MWAPA) from the apartment of her alleged lover, Chukwu Nkenna, 40, at Obelle Junction, Surulere, Lagos, has reportedly gone missing again. According to Punch, the teenager from Plateau State, came to Lagos in January 2014 and had since been in the care of a non-governmental organisation interested in girl education, before she left in December 2014, due to financial challenges. The teenager was said to have met Nkenna in the Surulere around January 2015 and moved in with him. The Surulere Police Division had on Friday, August 21, arrested Nkenna after neighbours filed a report alleging he was sexually abusing the teenager. A senior lecturer of the Delta State-owned polytechnic in Ogwashi-Uku in Delta state, Mr Tobi Benson, was kidnapped by a four-man armed gang at his home along Assemblies of God Church street, off Isah road, Ogwashi-Uku, on Monday September 28th. Eyewitnesses say the middle aged man was dragged out of his car at gun point after he packed his car in his garage and was moved into another waiting vehicle. The kidnappers have contacted his wife and are demanding a N100 million ransom. Jeremiah Grunblattman was honeymooning with his wife, Keturah on Long Island when he was killed on Wednesday, September 30, just three days after their wedding. According to the police, their SUV veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a bus. Keturah was badly injured. Suffolk County police said the newlywed who got married on Sunday, September 27, were traveling west along Main Road in Greenport when their vehicle swerved into the path of a Suffolk County Transit bus shortly before noon Wednesday.
