3-years-old baby takes wheel after drunk mother falls from truck

An Oklahoma woman has been arrested after police say she drunkenly fell out of her pickup truck and her three-year-old son steered the vehicle to safety across a four-lane road.
Taloa Foster, 33, was charged with child endangerment.
Witnesses said the toddler grabbed the wheel and steered the truck across lanes of traffic after his mother tumbled out of vehicle on Wednesday.

The boy's twin brother was also in the truck at the time.

The vehicle eventually crashed into an embankment along the road near Ada, about 80 miles (130km) southeast of Oklahoma City.The boys were unhurt, police said.

Police said Ms Foster told them that the boy had unbuckled his seat belt and she was trying to secure him when she fell out of the vehicle.

Septuagenarian inlaw of Oba Akinruntan kidnapped in Ondo

At least six gun wielding suspected kidnappers have reportedly abducted a septuagenarian inlaw of the business mogul and the Olugbo of Ugbo, in Ondo state Oba Fredrick Akinruntan . Madan Omogbene Adeborile was reportedly abducted at her Igbotako resident by the kidnappers who came in a Toyota car and shot sporadically into the air to scare the people. They were able to escape with the old woman following the confusion that occurred after the shooting took place in the town. A self-acclaimed member of Eiye confraternity yesterday gave a graphic description of how he murdered one of his rivals during a birthday party held in Mushin area of Lagos last week. Arrested alongside the 22-year-old suspect was his alleged accomplice. The deceased, a commercial motorcyclist, identified as Sura Abiola Lateef, was reportedly attacked along with his friend, when they stepped out to buy sachet water. While his friend, identified as Rilwan, was said to have managed to escape with a deep cut in the neck, same could not be said of Lateef, who was stabbed in different parts of his body and abandoned in the pool of his blood and he bled to death.
